I am an M&E consultant and methodologist with extensive experience serving development practitioners at the local, regional, international, and supra-national levels. I direct an M&E consultancy called Flux which collaborates with organization of all sizes in all sectors. Flux forms part of the small core of evaluators who reside and work with small and medium sized clients in my beloved home city of New Orleans. Internationally, I have worked on a wide range of projects in Latin America, Lusophone, and Anglophone Africa. I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and have conversational French.
My ideal client is:
– DRIVEN BY SOCIAL CHANGE: Profoundly focused on improvement for the marginalized and disadvantaged members of society.
– MOTIVATED: understands and feels the need for M&E work.
– IN A NETWORK WITH DIVERSE VALUES: Consistently driven to interact with individuals and groups whose values contrast with their own.
– CAN YO-YO BETWEEN ABSTRACT AND CONCRETE: has powerful capabilities to abstract situations, recognize patterns, and discern underlying features, but constantly works to apply these in real-world situations.
