Experienced health research scientist with more than 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing small- and large-scale population-based as well as population-specific (i.e., underserved, low-income adolescents, youth in the juvenile justice and foster care systems, K-12 students, and communities of color) research, evaluation, and performance measurement projects involving collaborative public, private and non-profit partnerships.
