With a business and educational background, I use training and educational tools and techniques to help develop skills, evaluate and facilitate change. I work with individuals, groups and partners to define, communicate and implement learning and communication strategies, whether in a specific project or at a school, institute or organization.
My experience of working globally as a teacher, and then in the technology sector with public and private customers, educational institutions, partners and consultants in all sectors spans over 25 years. The roles I have held include: Programme and Project Manager, Teacher/Trainer, Learning Officer, Course developer, Centre Head, Training Manager, Assessor, Senior Consultant, Communications Expert, Scientific Editor, Presenter and Facilitator in support of projects and development programmes. These roles have given me the breadth of experience to work with a range of clients and environments in the public, private, academic, development and humanitarian sectors.
