Mohamed Khatouri is an international development professional with more than 30 years of experience, 18 of which have been with the World Bank (WB). He has wide range of operational and managerial experience working with the WB as well as with international development organizations and government agencies in different regions of the World.  He has strong analytical skills and experience in developing and managing results monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems.  Mohamed retired from the WB in 2022.
