Lindsay Reilly is a philanthropy manager and researcher with over a decade of experience in evaluation, strategic consulting, donor collaboratives, and program design and management (in both development and humanitarian contexts). Lindsay serves as a trusted researcher to foundations, universities, faith-based organizations, and non-profits globally.

Lindsay is the Principal Investigator and Researcher of Calibrate Research Group, a consulting company that works with non-profits, philanthropists, and corporations to align their resources for the greatest possible impact. Lindsay is a member of the executive leadership team at Calibrate Research Group, sharing the responsibility for organizational strategy and business development.

Lindsay has lived and worked in Ethiopia, Côte d’Ivoire, Zimbabwe, Burkina Faso, Australia and the United States. She has worked on every continent except Antarctica, conducting various evaluations (program & impact), capacity building seminars, and research.

She has a Master’s degree in Evaluation from the University of Melbourne (Australia) and a Masters degree in Cross-Cultural Relations from Fuller Theological Seminary (United States). Lindsay has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Politics.

Lindsay spends her free time attempting to surf, being an Aunt, building stuff, farming, and volunteering at her local surf club.
