Harrison has over 10 years of track record in managing monitoring, research, impact evaluation and learning roles for inclusive finance and
agricultural value chain market systems development projects and impact investment portfolios in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda and Tanzania. He has
effectively applied implementation science through steering MEAL systems that integrates evidence-driven practices and using mixed research methods
to inform programs’ intervention strategies, scale-up decisions, impacts optimization and general development policies. He has extensively applied
modern data collection, analytical and visual solutions such as SPSS, STATA, NVIVO for qualitative and quantitative data analysis; Open Data Kit
(ODK) for mobile data collection and transmission; PowerBi for dashboards for visualization and sense-making. He is a versatile team player with
exposure and experience in a multi-cultural working environment hence capable of leveraging diversity and inclusion to optimize leadership outcomes
and drive performance beyond expectation. He aspires to continue building versatile skills and inform development and investment management for
achieving much more responsive and sustainable development outcomes.
