Dr. Swati Sadaphal is a physician and public health specialist with more than 20 years of international health experience in monitoring, evaluation, learning (MEL), and epidemiology, with significant experience in infectious diseases, HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Malaria, Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), reproductive health, maternal and child health. Over the course of her career, she has completed MEL activities for USAID, CDC, PEPFAR, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and African Development Bank, among others. Previously, she served as a Team Leader and MEL Expert for the External Evaluations of USAID and CDC health programs in multiple countries in South-east Asia; Asia-Pacific; East, West and Southern Africa; Eastern and Southern Caribbean regions.
