I first studied in France and I am a political and an economic science graduate and a fully qualified Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) and legal auditor in the private sector. I also studied at the University of London in Public Management and Policy (MsC) and I am studying in Psychology (BoH).

From 1980 to 1999, I have been running my own business as chartered public accountant and legal auditor in the private sector and I have developed skills as human resources and knowledge management, strategy and leadership.

From 1999 to 2015, I worked for various large international Organizations first as head of budget and finance in Kosovo, in Austria and Central Europe (OSCE) and in the Netherlands (OPCW) and then as evaluator – team leader or advisor in projects and programmes implementation for the European Commission, UNDP or the World Bank (Cambodia). From this experience, I got an extensive experience on the management , training and coaching of multicultural teams and negotiation with stakeholders.

My missions were varied and encompassed projects’ evaluation and identification. As advisor in public policy and administrative organization, I participated to the development of strategic plans in the frame of EDF (European Development Funds) and to the assessment of organizational structures at ministerial level in several countries. These missions were often accompanied with capacity building, training and / or multicultural teams’ management.

Meanwhile, I started to study in psychology. I am a fully certified coach in neuro-management and I am finalizing a BoH in psychology which adds value to the extensive experience I have in human resources, coaching, training and management included.

I am fluent in French and English; I understand Spanish.
