Aimee Reeves has over eight years of cumulative experience in program management and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) for international development projects. Ms. Reeves has managed data collections and technical deliverables on a range of research projects, and she is skilled in building the capacity of local organizations and government actors to develop MEL plans and to conduct research. Further, Ms. Reeves has experience training enumerators, collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and writing technical reports for a wide variety of audiences. Ms. Reeves has extensive research experience in the education, EdTech, health and nutrition, and agricultural sectors. She is trained in quantitative, qualitative, cost-benefit, and geospatial data analysis using SPSS, Stata, ArcGIS, SQL, Excel, ATLAS.ti, and NVivo and is skilled in translating raw data into concrete results and programmatic recommendations. Ms. Reeves holds a Master of Public Policy with a focus on international program evaluation and is fully proficient in Spanish.
