EvalPartners An international initiative, supported by UNICEF and IOCE, have developed a new introductory e-Learning programme on Development Evaluation. This e-Learning programme is composed of an introductory class, fixed courses, independent units and a create your own course option.

OCIC Online Learning Platform Ontario Council for International Cooperation (OCIC) has developed “IMPACT: Building Organizational Capacity in Comprehensive Program Evaluation”. 

Mobile Learning in Evaluation for Health Leaders Evaluation for Leaders is a mobile learning course that is designed to quickly increase your understanding and appreciation of evaluation. The goal of the course is not to teach you how to do evaluation, but rather how to better use evaluation in your day-to-day decision-making and organization overall.

Better Evaluation An international collaboration to improve evaluation practice and theory by sharing and generating information about options (methods or processes), approaches, information, resources and links for M&E.

CLEAR CLEAR is a global M&E capacity development program that brings together academic institutions and donor partners to contribute to the use of evidence in decision making in developing countries. Explore a growing collection of practitioner-driven resources of the CLEAR Initiative and others to accelerate M&E capacities and systems and improve the quality of current practices. The Knowledge Hub is a space where publications, training materials, videos and program documents can be found.

ALNAP The Active Learning Network for Accountability and performance in Humanitarian Action offers a variety of resources supporting evaluation in humanitarian contexts, such as its Evaluation of Humanitarian Action guide in three languages, and its e-learning course, Introduction to Evaluating Humanitarian Action, in partnership with UNICEF, EvalPartners and UNEG.

MEASURE Evaluation Founded by USAID and in collaboration with university and private partners, this online resources provides a host of materials for M&E learning, including trainer resources, online courses, a webinar series, publications, tools, events, networks and much more. 

InterAction An alliance of over 180 NGO members from around the world, it offers useful M&E resources and several training materials for humanitarian and development professionals. These materials are created with input from professionals in the community – often through working groups – and come in different formats, including some e-learning courses. 

The Evaluation Toolbox  An online resource from Swinburne University of Technology and Australian public partners, the toolbox aims to provide a one-stop-site for the evaluation of community sustainability engagement projects that aim to change household behaviours. It brings together a number of best-practice evaluation methods packaged into a comprehensive, user-friendly, how-to format.

Technology for Monitoring and Evaluation – Online diploma  Take three online courses in Technology for Monitoring and Evaluation and earn a TechChange diploma. Courses in the track include: Technology for Monitoring & Evaluation, Technology for Data Collection & Survey Design, and Technology for Data Visualization. The diploma program can also include access to live office hours, exclusive on-demand courses, personalized mentorship, career services support, and more.
