I can’t log in to EvalCommunity

 

When you can’t log in to your EvalCommunity account that means the system is not accepting your credentials. You may be entering the wrong account name, the wrong password, or both.

Here’s the info to get you back into your account as quickly as possible.

  • First, try the easiest thing. If you remember your password but it isn’t working, make sure that Caps Lock is turned off, and that your email address is spelled correctly. And then, try again.
  • Your password still isn’t working? It’s time to reset your password and receive the password link. Please check on the email inbox/junk and spam as in some cases it may end in there.

In general, you should not have an issue with this and will receive the password link, but creating a new profile with another email for you is also an alternative option that does work perfectly fine too in such a case.

If you are an employer:  Please access your employer’s dashboard at https://evalcommunity.com/myaccount/job-dashboard/  using the email and the password you created when you posted the job.

If you are an expert: Please access the expert’s dashboard at https://evalcommunity.com/experts/expert-dashboard/ using the email and the password you created when you posted your resume.

If you still can’t get back into your account and edit your listing or your resume, you can send an email to us at [email protected]  to figure out how to make that edit.
